Purchased a used vehicle from the dealership and with less then a week it was in the shop because the vehicle wouldn't start. They took more then a week to find a get a answer from the warranty company and then another week to get parts and fix the vehicle or so i thought but it wasn't fixed after all because now i have a blown head gasket that should have been caught but wasn't till now. I will absolutely not recommend or use their services ever again. I would say this is the worst car dealership ...

Had issues with my tires and TMIS. I was worried I had one flat already and that potentially another tire was going down. Called Lakewood yesterday and was told by reception that they were booking on Monday of next week. I had some questions so they put me through to Alana in the service department. She heard my story and being a senior the worry in my voice and asked if I could come in early today and leave my car so that they could work on it in-between other service calls. I saw a used Volvo advertised by them on CarGuru and although it needed repairs it was nothing I couldn't handle. Their ad also listed an amount for delivery. I rang them up and told them I'd take it for the price listed. They tried to slap on a $597.00 "documentation fee", $6.25 "admin fee", and $299.00 "security transfer". Was contacted about a vehicle model I had previously inquired about becoming available. They sure were quick to run my credit but have yet to contact me back regarding if I was approved or not, or offer any other suggestions. Even after reaching out to the salesman I was dealing with about no contact, I still haven’t heard a word! Regardless of if I was approved or not, they should have let me know. they ran my credit on October 2nd 2024, today is October 18th 2024 and have not heard a thing! Not good communication at all.

Update: 2024 CHEVROLET SILVERADO RST. If you recall I had bought this truck in July had 1800kms and the truck put me in LIMP MODE. service had my truck for 6 weeks, replaced everything from the fuse box, wiring hardware, multiple modules and more. I am now at 4000km and the truck went I to LIMP MODE AGAIN...LEAVING ME WITHOUT MY TRUCK AGAIN! NO WORD ON WHEN ILL BE GETTING IT BACK..... THIS IS WHAT YOU GET WITH NEW TRUCKS THESE DAYS.

To be honest the only thing I dislike about Lakewood Chevrolet is this thing where they push customers to fill out surveys which I am aware is a direction from the managers otherwise they don't leave you in piece with all the emails and text messages etc. until you fill one out.

Jaimee is always awesome. I had been there on a Saturday for an oil change and a few other things then ended up having issues the following Friday. She knows how important it is for me to have a good vehicle (I look after my grandkids) so got me in right away and as usual they fixed the problem. Josee was the person who handled all the services I needed and she was absolutely amazing. She welcomed me with a warm smile and gave me an estimate of how long it would take. Although I was estimated for 2-3 hours when dropping off my car, they hadn't even touched my car until the following morning (mind you I went in at 1030 am and received my car at 1030 am following day), she was very empathetic to the circumstances and reassured me, saying it would be too priority the following morning.
