We can't achieve this goal by hiring slackers, malcontents and whiners. We need the best people available that want to work hard, progress in their career, and make a large paycheck.

By the way, you will also need a sense of humour, working hard doesn't mean you can't have any fun. We have some of the cagiest practical jokers around.  A sense of humour is a must in dealing with these types.

Being skilled at getting along with customers, suppliers and other staff members is also critical.  Our mission is: Completely Satisfied Customers.  This will not happen if our staff does not work as a team with our suppliers and each other or are not skilled at resolving customer issues.

If you feel like turning and running away as fast as you can after reading this, please do so.  You are probably not right for the team.
