"Customer Care" Night - Getting to Know Your Dealer

A successfull relationship with your car dealer should start with an introduction to the people responsible for looking after your vehicle and an understanding of the services that we can provide to you. 

Our Service, Parts, and Body Shop managers at Lakewood Chevrolet have a monthly seminar called "Customer Care" night. We invite customers who have purchased a new or used vehicle in the prior month to our service reception area to get to know us.

We have been offering Customer Care night once a month for the last 17 years. We have snacks, refreshments and lots information about looking after your vehicle.

The evening consists of a tour and an explanation of the operation of each department by the attending managers. We talk about things that many take for granted like business hours, shuttle service and where your vehicle will be parked when it's finished.

We will advise you about the warranty coverage on your vehicle and the importance of regular maintenance. The body shop will inform you of the features and benefits of having your auto body repairs done at Lakewood Chevrolet and the parts manager will show you that we provide more than just automotive parts. We end the evening with a bang by deploying an air bag!

The greatest benefit of Customer Care night is you getting to know the managers so you can get the proper assistance when needed.
