Kerry,

I will certainly take the time to fill out the survey that is sent from GM and tell them exactly what kind of experience I had but before I do that I would like to send my thoughts and feelings to you first so you are personally aware of how it went.

The sales team made me feel right at home as soon as I entered the building and were more than professional in the way they listened to what I was looking for and being able to find it with very little wait time on my part. Jeff made the deal feel as much personal as professional and kept me update regularly. Once he was finished explaining  his part of the deal I was taken over to the finance department were I was introduced to Sherri where the friendly feeling continued.

Sherri explained all aspects of the financing to me and was very professional in her delivery and has an incredible amount of knowledge to help someone like me, who is not the sharpest at the finance game, to understand how it all works. She was able to get the deal done even with me changing things up on her in the blink of an eye and do it to my benefit.

In my opinion you have one excellent team in these two people and I can honestly say that you not only lived up to your motto but surpassed it by leaps and bounds, this is the fourth new General Motors product that I have purchased new and I can truthfully say that it was the best experience I have had.

Not wanting to leave anyone out you can also pass my thanks on to those in the shop who polished, cleaned and treated the truck for pick up as they did a fabulous job and I was very impressed with the truck when I picked it up.

In such a hurried society that we live in everyone is more than ready to complain when they are not happy with something but have no time to say thanks for a job VERY WELL DONE, well here it is, THANKS FOR A FABULOUS BUYING EXPERIENCE. I have told both Jeff and Sherri how happy I was but I did not get to pass it on to the people in the shop so if you would be kind enough to pass on my feelings to everyone involved once again that would be great.

I look forward to my dealings in the future as I am sure your entire team is as professional as those I have already dealt with.
