Hi Kerry , just wanted to drop a quick note to tell you guys what a great group of people and i had a super experience purchasing a new car! there was no pressure ,felt very relaxed and your people are very efficient and good at what they do! what really stands out for me was when we were dealing on the price etc Dan Bass went to bat for me and got it done !! Casey my sales person was a hoot . She works hard and makes it all fun . And i appreciate Kerry coming by to say hello and see how things are going. Good morning Ryan!

As far as my responses on the survey – I am entirely thrilled with my car and could not be happier with the customer service at Lakewood. Everyone was so amazing and helpful, and I truly appreciate how easy you all made the process for me (my boyfriend agrees that the experience was phenomenal, especially compared to his experience buying a vehicle in January from Nissan in Kelowna)!  

Everyone at Lakewood has been great (including you) and everything with my car has been fantastic. I’m entirely (completely) satisfied with absolutely everything regarding my vehicle as well as the dealership! That said, I'll make sure to fill out that survey as soon as I get it J
